Accommodations
All bedrooms are fully furnished and include extra-long twin bed, nightstand, desk and chair, dresser, and closet. Single apartments have two individual private bathrooms with a tub/shower. Double apartments have two semi-private bathrooms.
Living rooms are comfortably furnished with sofa, sofa chair, coffee table and end table. Every apartment has a mini-fridge, microwave, and sink area.
Dishes and utensils are not provided. All facilities are air-conditioned and non-smoking.
Linens
Linens are not provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own linens. Suggested linens to bring are bed linens, blanket, pillow, and two towels.
Meeting Facilities
University Place offers a variety of meeting areas to make your event an enjoyable and productive experience. Our Clubhouse includes modular seating, kitchenette, wireless Internet, and a large screen television perfect for videos and PC presentations. An outdoor area and ample green space is available for outdoor activities.

Recreation Facilities
Your group will enjoy full access to our recreation facilities including swimming pool, sand volleyball court, and barbeque area. Please note you will need to reserve a life guard for your group from the Aquatics Department, 318.357.5103. Too warm outside? Our Clubhouse is the perfect place to lounge and watch a movie on our large screen television.
